He is survived by: his spouse Bernice Trimble Maples; his sons, Todd Maples (LuAnn) of Georgetown and Eric Mapels of Lexington; his siblings, Betty Heitman, Joyce Wolford, Jimmy Carr and Bill Stark; and also Pastor Nic.
