He is survived by: his wife Nola Campbell (Purvis); his children, Thomas Campbell (Tracy Blakeman) of Carlisle, KY and Michelle Brown (Jeff) of Owenton, KY; his siblings, Ruthie Smith (Raymond) of Booneville, KY and Bill Campbell of Booneville, KY; his grandchildren, Amanda Brown, Trenton Campbell, Logan Campbell and Christopher Brown; and his stepgrandchildren, Bobby and Sadie Blakeman. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
