He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Thomas Glass and Lilly Christine Glass (Burgess); and his brothers, Wayne Tracy Glass, Gene Dale Glass and Ronald Thomas Glass.

He is survived by: his caregivers, David W. Glass and Katherine Jordan; his nephew Gary S. Glass; and his aunts, Sylvia Doerner, Norma Glass and Mary Ann Glass.
