He was predeceased by: his spouse Billie Jean Ratliff (Marshall) of Georgetown; his parent Bud Ratliff; his siblings, James Haney, Roscoe Ratliff, Ina Pearl Rager, Virginia Cooper, Pauline Corey and Joann Ritchie; and his siblings-in-law, William Corey, Mitchell Cooper, Ken Pester, Jay Ritchie, Jack Rager, Robert Glover, Dorothy Haney and Mary Katherine Glover.
He is survived by: his parent Nancy Ratliff (Combs); his son Clifford Ratliff (Mandy) of Mount Sterling; his grandchildren, Adriane Ratliff of Georgetown and Christina Ratliff of Georgetown; his sister Christine Pester of Jeffersonville; and his sister-in-law Reva Ratliff of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
