She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Moore; her parents, Arthur Green and Lula Bell Ralston Green; her siblings, Agnes McKinney, Ernest Green, Edith Sowers, Floyd Covington, Hazel Hiles, Lottie Watters and Russell Covington; and her great grandchild Jeremy Portwood.

She is survived by: her daughters, Marylou Moore Henderson (Greg) of Georgetown and Linda Moore Portwood (Richard) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Ian Portwood (Joann), Heather Portwood, Jamie Gifford (Samantha), Niki Brandenburg (Chris), Kelly Christopher (Miron) and Kayla Day (Adam); her great grandchildren, Julia Gaines, Taylor Gaines, Aeden Gifford, Levi Brandenburg (April), Laurel Brandenburg, Lawsen Brandenburg, Kala Christopher, Keegan Christopher, Raelyn Day, Charlie Day, Davis Day and Joshua Portwood (Hope); and her great great grandchildren, Addelyn Brandenburg, J. D. Bailey, Hudson Portwood, Paxton Portwood and Dawson Portwood.
