She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Cooper Dixon; her husband Jeff Fox; her children, Patrick Fox and Angie Fox of Denver, CO; her brother Frank Dixon (Karen) of Lynch, KY; her grandchildren, Lyla and Kaden Fox; her sister-in-law Eva Scruggs (Richard) of Harlan, KY; her nieces and nephews, Zach Dixon, Jacob Dixon, Richard Scruggs, Amy Scruggs and Sarah Scruggs; and her grandchild Shannon Fox.
