He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perry and Syble Mae Ruth Jenkins; his brother Wendell Jenkins; and his stepson Joshua Beach. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Robinson Jenkins; his sons, David Harold Jenkins, Jr. (Kimberly) and Ricky Jenkins (Malinda); his stepchildren, David Allen Beach and Tamera Beach; his sisters, Helen Tate, Louise Mason and Linda Taylor; and his grandchildren, Chloe Jenkins and Jonathan Combs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
