He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Lewis; his children, Charles Ray Lewis and Belinda Gose; his brother Gary Lee Lewis; his grandparents, Laef and Ivory Perry Lewis; and his wife Connie Hardin Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly McElhaney (Dewayne) of Morehead, Stephanie McDaniel (Eric) of Owingsville and Tiffany Lewis (Brently Brandenburg) of Georgetown; and his cousin Linda Mullins of Wellington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
