She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cooke and Beulah Abrams Cooke; her son-in-law Tim Carr; and her brother Rodney Cooke. She is survived by: her children, Michael Carr Muntz (Kelta) of Frankfort and Dana Carr of Georgetown, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Justin Muntz (Renee), Chase Adams (Jen) and Page Jewell (Brett); and her great grandchildren, Aidan Muntz, Brady Muntz, Ellakate Muntz, Natalie Jewell, Lincoln Jewell and Grayson Adams.
Wearing mask during visitation and service will be observed, per request of the family.
