He is survived by: his wife Brenda Perkins Webb; his children, Terry Webb (Ashley Elswick) of Georgetown and Lori Wagoner (Mike) of Georgetown; his granddaughters, Harley Anderson (Evan) and Kennedy Elizabeth Wagoner; his siblings, Vernon Webb (Valerie) of Lawrenceburg, Mary Etta Glenn (Ron) of Parker, Loretta Roehrman (Daryl) of Dodge City and Rena Bell (Jerry) of Arvada; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Atkins of Georgetown, Cheryl Perkins of Lexington and Donnie W. Perkins (Teresa) of Georgetown; and his close friends, Quentin, Judy Echternkamp, Glenda Vance, Irene Cannada, David, Nicole, Meryn, Ryann, Mara Livingston, Tony and Jen Bowlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
