He was predeceased by: his brother Duane Ellis Bell. He is survived by: his parents, Fred Ellis Bell and Mary Ruth Francis Bell; his brother Brian Bell; his nieces and nephews, Brianna Bell, Staci Lester, Austin, Tristin and Fredrick R. Bell; his significant other Pauline Bell; and his family Chris. He is also survived by many loving aunts, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to White Sulphur Baptist Church, 5300 Ironworks Road, Georgetown, KY 40324 where Chris was attending since moving to Georgetown.
