With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecil Ross Hill (Georgetown, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Opal Lee Collins; his parents, Robert Hill and Nancy Ann Hyatt Hill; his daughter Terri Lee Hill; his siblings, Herbert Hill of Frank Hill and Thelma Louise House; and his grandson Christopher Hosea Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Ross of Georgetown and Shirley Ann Hill Jones (Larry Wayne); his sisters, Margaret Cobbs of Cynthiana and Judy Ritchie; his grandchildren, Holly Ann Miranda (Jose), Jennifer Fields (Juney) and Larry Jones II (Mary Beth); his great grandchildren, John Parker Sowers (Rubi), Kayla Weatherly, Jessica Sweetland (Hayden), Courtney Brook Jones, Larry Jones III, Emily Mayes, Austin Mayes, Kimiah Mayes and Morgan Sullivan (Chris); his great great grandchildren, Regina Sowers and Lilliana Mayes; and his son Will Hilton.
