It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wayne Green (Georgetown, Kentucky), who passed away on February 21, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his brother Tom Barker; his brother-in-law Ed Riggs; and his grandchildren, Brianna Green, Stephanie Green, Joshua Romanic, Victoria Green, Nathan Lewis, Matthew Lewis, Judah Lewis, Baron Lewis and Benjamin Lewis.
