She was predeceased by: her parents, Roxie Dunavan Clark and Johnny Clarence Clark; her son Randy Wayne Brantley; and her sister Vela Ledford. She is survived by: her husband Otis Wayne Brantley; her daughter Deborah Brantley Parsons (Gary) of Bloomfield, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Steve Karcher (Theresa) of Lexington and Shelby Brantley of Louisville; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Haley and Owen; her daughter-in-law Lisa Brantley of Georgetown; and her sister Betty Kay Taylor of Forkland. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
