She was predeceased by: her husband Cleve "Spider" Webb; her parents, Terry Perkins and Dorothy Long Perkins; and her siblings, Ralph Perkins, Bobby Perkins and Betty Curde.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Webb (Ashley Elswick) of Georgetown and Lori Wagoner (Mike) of Georgetown; her granddaughters, Harley Anderson (Evan) and Kennedy Elizabeth Wagoner; her siblings, Donnie Wayne Perkins (Teresa) and Shirley Atkins of Georgetown; her sister-in-law Cheryl Perkins; and her sister Glenda Hammons Vance. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
