She was predeceased by: her husband James Leland Kaufman; and her parents, George Current and Hazel Bethard Current. She is survived by: her daughter Melea Johnson (Wayne); her grandchildren, Sarah Bredberg (Jeremiah), Dallas Johnson (Megan) and Rebecca Noland (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Miah Bredberg, Larkin Bredberg, Zahana Bredberg, Rohan Bredberg, Elowen Bredberg, Willow Johnson and Kip Noland.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse.
