She was predeceased by: her husband Walker Kelly; her parents, Roy Vallandingham and Lucy Mae Neal Vallandingham; her sister Lula Katherine Wilson; her daughter-in-law Nancy Fitzpatrick Kelly; her grandson-in-law Justin Jones; and her nephew Jimmy Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Kelly, Debbie Lyons (Alvin), Karen Kelly (Butch Robbins) and Gary Kelly (Joy); her grandchildren, Nicholas Kelly (Shaun), Jesse Pugh (Rebecca), Alison Jones-Wirth (Shane), James Walker Lyons (Julie) and Jan-Michael Ison; her great grandchildren, Aaron Pugh, Gracie Pugh, Mark Jones, Sadie Parker, James Hardin Lyons, Charlotte Lyons, Caden Ison, Alyssa Ison and Layla Ison; her niece Judy Fuller; her nephew Billy Wilson (Jo Carol); and her close friends, Jim and Pat Brutsman. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews and numerous friends.
