She was predeceased by: her parents, Zola Campbell and Donald Nathaniel Warren; her siblings, Jimmy Dale Warren, Larry Warren, Gene Warren and Beverly Begley; and her pet Gizmo.

She is survived by: her husband George Cornett; her children, George Christopher Cornett (Becki) of Lexington, Kentucky and Tammy Campbell (Pearl) of Georgetown, Indiana; her grandchildren, Corbin Sinex, Landon Sinex, Sarah Sloan (Jacob), Kayla Cornett, Emma Cornett and Megan Cornett; her great grandchild Amelia Sloan; and her brother Donald Warren.
