She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Dillard Brewer and Luella Clay Rice Brewer; her husband Davis Ray Pollitt Sr.; and her son Lester Russell "Rusty" Pollitt. She is survived by: her children, Davis Ray Pollitt Jr., Vanessa Stewart (Tim), Carrie Gaines (Mike) and Jamie Townsend (Debbie); her grandchildren, Joshua Neal (Lyndsey), Devin A. Pollitt, Kramer A. Pollitt, Zachary R. Stewart, Kayla H. Griffey and Chelsea Latimer (Lacey); her great grandchildren, Jayda, Prudence, Payton, Khloe, Brady, Mason "Rusty" and Stellan "Jack"; her siblings, Meryle Patterson, Morah Shell (Mark) and Wynn Brewer; her close friends, Paul and Becky Smith; and her niece Crissy Shell. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
