He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Barrett; his son Robert Barrett; and his siblings, Richard Barrett, Chalene Northcutt and Verna Sue Judd.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Warren Barrett; his daughter Brittany Barrett; and his siblings, Delmar Barrett of Florida, Robert Hancock of Georgia, Glenn Warren of Arkansas, Bobby Barrett and Ruth Ann Barrett of Kentucky. He is also survived by four grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
