She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Short; her parents, Chester Cochran and Florence Randolph Anderson; and her daughter Melissa Ann Knifley. She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Stewart (Billy Joe) and Paulette Ketcham; and her sister Joyce Whitlock. She is also survived by three grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
