It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Karoline Collinsworth in Georgetown, Kentucky, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Collinsworth; her parents, Fredrick Schreiner and Aloisa Stradal Schreiner; and her daughter Patricia Blackburn. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Coots (Tom) and Debbie Osborne; her nephew Paul Kopf (Monika); her grandchildren, Jonathan Blackburn, Samuel Blackburn, Aaron Coots (Angie), Lindsey Coots, Megan Coots and Sean Coots; and her great grandchildren, Weston Blackburn, Maci Blackburn, Reagan Coots, Luke Cole, Ava Coots and Noah Coots.
