He is survived by: his parents, Steve Napier and Mahala Napier of Dunraven, KY; his wife Anna Napier of Gays Creek, KY; his daughters, Heather Napier (Donald Smith) and Paige Gay (Blake); his great-nephews, Clint Davidson and Terry Davidson; and his grandchildren, Brody Gay, Roczen Gay and Hayden Smith.
