He is survived by: his wife Jana Couch of Gausdale; his children, April Prater (Willie) of Hueysville, Amanda Couch of Barbourville, Ashley Couch of Barbourville and Audrey Couch (Ryan Stephens) of Barbourville; his stepchildren, Thea Cima (Nick) of Gray and Edward Mason of Keavy; his siblings, Barbara Clark of Inez, Brenda Thornsberry (Guy) of Prestonsburg, Sandra Johnson (Farion) of Prestonsburg and Colson Couch (Debbie) of Garrett; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Martin, Braxton Turner, Dakota Barnes, Dawson Barnes, Brady Tackett, Micah Galindo, Ben Mason, Andie Cima, Mason Cima, Alexis Prater and Laiken Prater; and his close friend Anthony Collett of London.
