She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Frazee and Lena Underwood Frazee; and her son Ricky Meadows. She is survived by: her husband Bennie Meadows; her children, Bennie Meadows Jr. of Quincy, KY, Deborah Henderson (Jack) of Las Vegas and Vickie Lykins (Mike) of Vanceburg, KY; and her sister Helen Proctor of Cincinnati. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
