He is survived by: his wife Beulah Bertram Wilburn; his daughters, Sherry Collins of Garrison, KY, Teresa Lewis (George) of Garrsison, KY, Tracy Jordan (Matthew) of Garrison, KY and Libby Bradford (Steve) of Tollesboro, KY.; his siblings, Richard Wilburn of South Shore, KY, Eliza Jane Pope of Garrison, KY, Anita Aimson (Herman) of Garrison, KY and Della Daniels (Tim) of Sciotoville; and his close friend Clarence Bertram. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
