He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Pavlik and Nellie Mae Norton Pavlik; his wife Kathleen J. Pavlik; and his son Scott Pavlik. He is survived by : his granddaughter Alanah Pavlik of Mt. Holley Springs, PA; his siblings, Eileen Drenner of Maples, FL and James Pavlik of Caledonia, WI; his girlfriend Johana Graniela; and his close friends, Donna Hamm and Billy "B. G." Hamm Jr.. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
