He was predeceased by: his former wife Marie Lewis (Keith); his children, Johnny Lewis, Angie Hartrum and Mike Lewis; and his siblings, Wilda Lawhun, Joanne Mayes, Earl Lewis, Eugene Lewis and Darrell Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Lewis, Tami Burns (Bruce Tieben), Jill Stanley, Paul Beran (Debbie), Lisa Hedges (Steve) and Gary Beran (Judy); and his grandchildren, Keri Lewis, Tommy Lewis, Alisa Linstedt, Renee Lewis, Amanda Pensinger, Kelly Phillips, Chris Holleman and Caleb Holleman. He is also survived by grandson J. T. along with several other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
