He was predeceased by: his parents, Commey Horsley and Lottie Davis Horsley; his grandson Dwayne Horsley; his great grandchild Kasen Rhett Caskey; his siblings, Eunice Newman, Ronald Horsley, Donald Horsley and Winford Horsley; and his half-brother Norman Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Jannie Hamilton Horsley; his children, Penny Caskey (Gary) of Garrison and Randy Horsley (Tammy) of Greenup; his grandchildren, Savannah Horsley (Travis), Austin Caskey (Lauren), Dalton Horsley (Rose), Maegan Horsley, Javens Mosley and Chris Horsley; his great grandchildren, Evie Schultz and Greyson Horsley; and his brother George Horsley (Christine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
