He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jessie Slone Allen; his children, Brian Allen of Sidney, Chad Allen of Garrett, Kenucky, Lorrie Wriston of Sidney and Barbara Goble of New Knoxville; and his siblings, Russell Allen of Tennessee, Lillian Allen of Hueysville and Dovie Allen of Martin, Kentucky. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
