He was predeceased by: his parents, Romy Preston and Ruth Evelyn Sipes Burch; and his brothers, Joe Pat, James and Howard "Tip" Burch.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his daughter Lorena Kochersperger (Daniel); his grandchildren, Lindsey Hardin (Gary), Tiffani Dennison (Michael), Cameron Dennison (Lexi) and Nicole Kochersperger; and his great grandchildren, Raylan, Riley, Emma, Leo and Olivia.
