He is survived by: his spouse Caralita Watson O'Quinn; his brother Charles Orbin; his son Ephraim Neil O'Quinn; his siblings, Charles O'Quinn (Gloria), Lacey Jr. O'Quinn (MaryLou), Danny O'Quinn (Billie), Brenda Stricklin (Bill), Rose Miller (Martin), Joyce Watson (Stanton), Sharon Handshoe (Rodney) and Tammy Farmer (Blake); and his friend Michael Hall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
