It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Francis of Garrett, Kentucky, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Francis, Jr.; her parents, Albert Moore and Rosha Spencer Moore; and her siblings, Clarence Moore, Arthur Harley Moore, Harry Moore, John Moore, Lloyd Moore, Marvin Moore, Myreda Snyder and Grace Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Francis (Neva), Paul Francis (Brenda), Brenda Bowman (Steve) and Mary Osborne (Randy); and her grandchildren, Robin Francis, Byron Francis, Greg Hayes, Jeremy Hall, Candice Osborne, Travis Francis, Kari Osborne, Paul David Francis, Austin Francis and Christian Francis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (331 KY-122, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the Davidson Memorial Gardens (US-23, Ivel, KY 41642).
