She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Boleyn; her parents, Clyde Howard and Elzara "Elsie" Coburn Howard; her siblings, Gold Howard and Athlene Howard Prater; and her friend Carlos Conley.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Boleyn (Karen) of Tucson, AZ and Vivian Boleyn Winters (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Joshua (Lindsay L. M. D.) and Stefany Boleyn (Daniel).
