She was predeceased by: her parents, Samson Fugate and Willie Peterman Fugate; her husband Willard Scott; her daughter Sharon Scott; her siblings, Archie Fugate, Homer Fugate, Roger Fugate, Gladys Gearheart, Nora Mays and Ruby Frazier; and her grandson Larry "Bub" Willard Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Scott of Garrett, Kentucky, Leona Hall (Charles) of LaGrange, Edna Scott Blackburn of Garrett, Ann "Bert" Spears (Jack) of Prestonsburg, Margaret Rice (Ronnie) of Prestonsburg, Rita Scott of Prestonsburg, Sabrina Colwell (Patrick) of Auxier, Jennifer Combs (Matt) of Strohl and Cathy Rose (Eddie) of Betsy Layne, Kentucky; her siblings, Oris Douglas Fugate of Martin, Ella Stone of Louisa, Norma Jean Moore of Louisa, Sue Fugate of Columbus, Linda Fugate of Columbus and Phoebe Fugate of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Chuck (Terri), Tim (Angie), Dean (Michelle), Carolee (Larry), Amanda, Kathy, Donna (Brad), Jack (Tracy), Melissa, Jamie, Lora MaryAnn (Bryan), Isabella (Jason), Andrew, Angie, Jessica (Scott), Lindsey, Josh (Katie), Shawn and Robert; and her close friends, Jack Perry and Dewey Newsome. She is also survived by 42 Great Grandchildren & 24 Great Great Grandchildren.
