She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Shelton; and her parents, Emmett Newsom and Lula Bentley Newsom. She is survived by: her daughters, Tangie Clatworthy (Kevin) of Garrett, KY and Claudia LuAnn Smith (Billy) of Barbourville, KY; her grandchildren, Kassidy Clatworthy, Hunter Clatworthy, Karlee Clatworthy, Derrick Smith, Hannah Smith, Jacob Hall, Wesley Hall, Madelyn Smith, Bradlee Hall and Bentlee Hall; and her great grandchildren, Kingsley, Axel, Lexi and Ruxton Smith.
