She is survived by: her parents, Ricky Mitchell and Rosa Osborne Mitchell of Garrett, Kentucky.; her husband Elbert C. Pratt; her children, Caleb R. Osborne of Lexington, John Elbert Pratt of Akron, Ohio, Hannah Grace Osborne of Minneapolis and Tiffany Caroline Pratt of Garrett, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Rosalee Ellis and Thalia May Rose Ellis; her siblings, Ricky Nathaniel Mitchell of Garrett, Kentucky, Anna Lee Little of Hi Hat, Rosanna Mitchell of Martin, Amber Henry of Prestonsburg and Amanda Cole of Allen, Kentucky; and her close friends, Sylvia Rose Renee King and Jay Davis. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
