He is survived by: his mother Bethleen Huff Francis; his son Tyler Francis of Lackey, KY; his siblings, Tammy Laferty (Larry) of Prestonsburg, KY, Shawn Francis of Garrett, KY and Christopher Francis of Garrett, KY; and his nephew Kason Joshua Francis.
