With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delores Ann Kramer of Garrard, Kentucky, born in Gurdon, Arkansas, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Pauline Braner Clifton Welsh and Henry E. Clifton, Jr.; her husband Garrard P. Kramer; her brothers, James Welsh, III (Butch), Michael Welsh, Dennis Welsh and John David Welsh; her children, Cynthia Paris (Jon) and George G. Kramer (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Jon Paris, Jr. (Jacqueline Perez), Thomas Paris, William Paris, Christopher Paris, Rebecca Kramer and Rachel Kramer.
