He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgie Slone Adams and Jody D. Adams; and his siblings, Jody Adams Jr., Laureda Short, Faye Adams and Kathleen Dixon.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Adams; his children, Thomas J Adams Jr. (Deana), Gregory Baker, Stephanie Vance (Mickey) and Shannan Maggard (Anthony); his grandchildren, Vanessa Gerretson Adams (Brian), Johnny Dean Gerretson, Cory Vance, Jody Thomas Adams (Keawna), Austin J. Adams (Caley Combs), Elijah Baker, Nathan Honeycutt (Tiffany), Allen Maggard, Jaidyn Baker, Kaitlyn Brock (Cory), Morgan Fields and Mikayla Fields; his great grandchildren, Jackson Dean Gerretson, Natalie Faith Gerretson and Kambria Rose Adams; his daughter-in-law Brandy Baker; his siblings, Christine Calhoun, Lizzie Slone, Frank Adams, Sue Short, Bristol Adams, Brenda Adams, Charles Adams and Jewel Bentley; and his brother-in-law Hansel Dixon Host. He is also survived by nieces and Nephews.
