He is survived by: his wife Nicky Triplett; his daughter Kathy Slone; his grandson Skyler Slone; his siblings, Larry Triplett (Irene) and Linda Triplett; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Turner (Sharon), Steve Turner, Wally Cook, Gary Chaffins, Reba Triplett, Pauline Triplett, Mary Collette and Sandra Turner; his nieces and nephews, Chris Triplett, Robbie Turner (Sheila), Mike Cook (Debbie), Jennifer Carter (Jeremy) and Melissa Moore (Dan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kate Carter, Casey Moore, Andrew Carter, Dylan Combs, Jared Cook and Matthew Combs Host.
