He is survived by: his wife Romona Collins; his daughter Riley Collins; his stepchildren, Lindsay Phelps (Josh), Saxon Reinhart (Kayla) and Chance Reinhart (Hannah); and his sisters, Debbie Bentley (Eric) and Kim Stoker (Eddie). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
