She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Emberton and Dorcia Emberton (Burks); her husband Lewis Eakle; her brother Sheldon Emberton; her son-in-law Randy Gerald; and her sister-in-law Kathy Emberton.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Kimberly Eakle Hume (Perry) and Paul Kirk Eakle (Rita Crabtree) of Gamaliel; and her brothers, Gary Emberton (Connie) of Tompkinsville and Mike Emberton of Tompkinsville.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gamaliel Volunteer Fire Department, Rock Bridge Missionary Baptist Church or to Clementsville Cemetery in memory of Mrs. Eakle.
