She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mitchell and Barbara Ann Newport (Ritter); and her brother Kerry Newport. She is survived by: her nephews, Michael Newport (Jessica) of Alvaton and Christopher Newport (Kristen) of Glasgow; her niece Tiffany Massingale (Aaron) of Lafayette, Tennessee.; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Corbin Ray Massingale, Charles Waylon Newport, Kenzlee Paige Massingale and Elijah Coe Newport.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Gamaliel Cemetery (825 Gamaliel Rd, Gamaliel, KY 42140). A burial was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
