With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Runelle Scott Howard of Gamaliel, Kentucky, who passed away on December 13, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Anderson and Annie Anderson (Huffines); her former husband Claude Allen Scott; her daughter Tammy Denise Gosnell; and her siblings, Blanche Lyon, Vivan Presley, Ree Edson, Allene Allen, Leroy, Billy Joe and Clifton Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Rondal O. Howard; her son Barry Scott (Shelly) of Tompkinsville; and her stepchildren, Randy Howard, Charles Howard, Peggy Davidson and Jennifer Kirk.
