He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrain Bertie and Laura Cly Lee (Gee); his wife Betty Maines Lee; his children, Nancy Hughes Lee and Derek Ray Lee; and his sister Virginia Nell Turner.
He is survived by: his children, John Lee of Antioch, Tennessee and Ellen Releford of Monteagle, Tennessee; and his sisters, Betty Sue Wallace and Lora Ann Paige.
For the protection of Mr. Lee's family, it is kindly asked for anyone coming to the services to abide by Governor Beshear's recommendation of wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.
