She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Edward and Lizzie Helen Keith (Copas); her siblings, David Neil Keith, Charles, Tinker and Jo Ann Baskett; and her nephew Joshua Hale.
She is survived by: her husband Carlie Fay Moore; her daughters, Carla Moore, Tonya Emmert, Jennifer Buck and Ashley Moore; her siblings, Danny Keith, Larry Keith, Michael Keith, Kathey Smith, Margie Keith and Tina Gerald; her grandchildren, Dakota, Chelsey, Jake, Maddie, Brittany, Wesley, Keaton, Makayla, Sable and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Joseph, Landon, Cami, Remi, Jameson, Gamble, Greyson and Raelynn.
Honorary Pallbearer: Kenneth Bentley, In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Neal Cemetery or Gamaliel Volunteer Fire Department in honor of Mrs. Moore.
