Golda Deckard Turner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Golda Deckard Turner of Gamaliel, Kentucky, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Deckard and Elizabeth Deckard (Borden); her husband Roy Turner, Jr.; and her brothers, James Deckard and George Deckard.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Turner of Palm Springs, Agnes Turner of Tompkinsville, Leon Turner (Carolyn) of Tompkinsville, Shirley Hamilton of Kokomo and Sharon Turner of Gamaliel; her sister Geraldine Blankenship; and her grandchildren, Stacy Poe and Kristie Watson Justin (Ravy).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Compton Cemetery in honor of Mrs. Golda, those may be made at the funeral home.
