He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Underwood Crawford; his children, L'Tanya Crawford of Gamaliel, Lenora Tooley of Gamaliel, La Sandra Crawford Woods (Joe) of Franklin, KY, Oscar Lee Crawford (Bonnie) of Pheonix and Ronnie Wayne Crawford of Logan County, KY; and his siblings, Charles E. Crawford of Indianapolis, IN, Emma Jean Barfield of Maryland, Gertrude Crawford and Oscar Henry Crawford. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Old School Cemetery in Fountain Run. (Checks should be made Carlotta Chism.).
