Carolyn Quick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2021, at the age of 66, Carolyn Quick of Gamaliel, Kentucky, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Thompson (McGuire) and Wayman Arthur Mayfield; her foster parents, Don DuBois and Wanda "June" DuBois; and her sister Pamela Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Quick of Gamailel, KY; her children, Samantha Collins (Christopher) of Gamaliel, KY, Calla Quick of Gamaliel, KY, Tonya Miles (Jared) of Trinity, NC, Joshua Quick of Jackson, CA and Joseph Quick of Gamaliel, KY; her siblings, Diane Blankenship (Jesse) of Lodi, CA, Jeannie Lowe of Valley Springs, CA, Christine Hammond (Cricket) of Sacramento, CA, Debbie Jenkins (Larry) of Springfield, MO, Brenda McDonald of Stockton, CA. and Phillip Mayfield of Sheridan, Arkansas; and her foster brothers, William "Bill" DuBois (Nikki) of Pioneer, CA, Charles Thomas "Tommy" DuBois of Stockton, CA and Doyle DuBois (Dory). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
